I told you that I started with a healthy diet a few weeks ago.
I try to completely throw white sugar from my diet and for now it's going pretty good. However, I must admit that this regime has brought little difficulty in my everyday life. Primarily because it takes some time to create meals for the next day.
My problem arose when I turned to fast food. Namely, since a lot of time, because of my work, I spend outdoors, I did not have time to eat healthy. So my menu was mainly based on products from the bakery or sweets ... as you can see, I was eating pure sugar.
I decided to change this, the first thing was to, not buy meals at the bakery, but rather to make homemade bread and turn it into a healthy sandwiches you can take with you.
Next thing is squeezed grapefruit every morning, as well as large cup of black or green tea (drink a couple of cups a day).
The next step was taking a snack or side dish. Everyone advise that these snacks should be fruits, and I started to eat twice a day, a wonderful, juicy mandarin.
The last change, which is also very important is that with every meal you have to eat salad.
In the spirit of the new diet I've been researching on the internet looking for healthy recipes, and I came across this, which I really liked. I can tell you that it is quite delicious :)
Baked beans
It takes: 200g green beans, 1/2 onion, 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil, 200ml yogurt with low fat, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, dill, sea salt.
Preparation: Fry the onion in the water. Add green beans and continue cooking by adding water until the beans are tender. Add oil and spices to cooked beans. Pour the yogurt, sprinkle with bread crumbs and place in the oven to brown.
The nutritive value of servings: 216 calories, 12g protein, 6g fat, 26g carbs, 1.5g Cholesterol

Pre par nedelja sam vam rekla da sam počela sa zdravom ishranom.
Trudim se da potpuno izbacim beli šećer iz ishrane i za sad mi poprilično dobro ide. Doduše, moram priznati da je ovaj režim uneo malo poteškoća u moju svakodnevnicu. Prvenstveno jer zahteva određeno vreme kako biste napravili obroke za sledeći dan.
Moj problem je nastao onog trenutka kada sam se okrenula brzoj hrani. Naime, budući da zbog posla dosta vremena provodim napolju i u hodu, nisam imala vremena da se hranim zdravo. Tako se moj jelovnik uglavnom bazirao na proizvodima iz pekare ili slatkišima...kao što vidite, sam šećer sam jela.
Rešila sam da promenim to, prva stvar je bila da više ne kupujem obroke u pekari, već da sama napravim domaći hleb i da od njega napravim zdrave sendviče koje mogu poneti sa sobom.
Sledeća stvar je ceđeni grejpfrut svakog jutra, kao i velika šolja crnog ili zelenog čaja (par šolja popijem u toku dana).
Sledeći korak je bio uzimanje međuobroka, odnosno užina. Svi savetuju da te užine treba da su voćne, tako i ja radim, dva puta dnevno pojedem predivne, sočne mandarine.
I poslednja promena, koja je ujedno jako važna je, da uz svaki obrok morate jesti salatu.
U duhu nove ishrane istraživala sam po internetu zdrave recepte i naišla sam na ovaj koji mi se jako svideo. Mogu vam reći da je i poprilično ukusno :)
Zapečena boranija
Potrebno je: 200g boranije, 1/2 glavice crnog luka, 1 kašičica ulja od semenki grožđa,
200ml jogurta sa smanjenim procentom masti, 1 kašika prezli, mirođija, morska so.
Priprema: na vodi izdinstajte luk. Dodajte boraniju pa nastavite dinstanje uz dodavanje vode dok boranija ne omekša. Kuvanoj boraniji dodajte ulje i začine. Prelijte jogurtom, pospite prezlama i stavite u rernu da se zapeče.
Hranljiva vrednost porcije: 216 kcal, 12g belančevina, 6g masti, 26g ugljenih hidrata, 1,5g holesterola
