In the era of Greeks and Romans, it was a wild plant, a symbol of the goddess Venus because of it's shape and color, and it's first botanical illustrations were published in 1454. Belgium even dedicated to her a museum...This is one magical plant.

Strawberries with the addition of lemon and powdered sugar can chop in a food processor and strain through a fine sieve to get mashed suitable for the preparation of ice cream, sorbet, smoothies, mousse, sauce and juice. A particular specialty is a refreshing summer soup strawberries.

Strawberries are rarely prepared by cooking, unless you are preparing jam or marmalade. In the same way, you can use wild strawberries, which are more refined and more aromatic than the cultivated strawberry.

..................................................................................................................................................................

Ovo sprečava zamor mišića i olakšava obuku.
  • Ako ste trudni, osam jagoda sadrži 20 % folne kiseline koju treba svakodnevno uzimati.

Jagode uz dodatak limuna i šećera u prahu možete usitniti u električnoj seckalici i procediti kroz fino sito kako biste dobili pire prikladan za pripremu sladoleda, sorbeta, frapea, museva, umaka i sokova.
