YUMMY COCOA CAKE

You will adore this cake!!! So easy and so yummy!!!



The first part: 

230 ml milk
30 g chocolate powder
3 tablespoons hot water
140 g of sugar
2 vanilla sugar

Second part: 

250 g flour
60 g of cocoa
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
180 ml ​​of milk
90 ml oil
2 large eggs

Preparation

Part One: Put milk to boil. Unite chocolate and hot water. When milk starts to boil,  pour into it sugar and chocolate with water. All that should boil for one minute. Then leave it to cool.


Part Two: Mix sifted flour and cocoa, add baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Separately blend  milk with eggs and oil. Pour the mixture into the flour with cocoa and other ingredients, then gently blend. Add cold first part into that. Blend it for a little bit and pour it into a baking pan, lined with baking paper.

Bake in a oven, heated at 180 C for about 30 minutes.

How to serve?


  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar from above.
  • When cake is cold, you can pour the sorbet made of 100 grams of sugar and 200 ml of water (which is previously well cooked). 
  • The third way is to pour cake with 100 gr of melted chocolate, and cut it into cubes. 
  • You can serve it with scoops of ice cream. 
  • Also, if you bake a cake in a round pan, when you take it out, you can cut it in half, coat it with jam, then fold again. Coat cake with chocolate. 
  • And finally, you can make muffins, so you will pour the batter into the molds which are coated with fatty baskets for baking.

Obožavaćete ovaj kolač!!! Tako je jednostavan i tako ukusan !!!!

Prvi deo :

230 ml mleka
30 g čokolade u prah
3 kašike tople vode
140 g šećera
2 vanilin šećera


Drugi deo : 

250 g brašna
60 g kakaa
1,5 kašičica praška za pecivo
1,5 kašičica sode bikarbone
prstohvat soli
180 ml mleka
90 ml ulja
2 velika jajeta

Priprema

Prvi deo : Staviti mleko da prokuva. Sjediniti čokoladu i toplu vodu. U provrelo mleko sipati šećer i čokoladu sa vodom, pa sve kuvati jedan minut. Zatim, ostaviti da se prohladi.

Drugi deo : Sjediniti prosejano brašno i kakao, dodati prašak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu i prstohvat soli. Posebno izmiksovati mleko sa jajima i uljem. Smesu sipati u brašno sa kakaom i ostalim sastojcima, pa lagano izmiksovati. Dodati i prohlađen prvi deo . Kratko izmiksovati, pa sipati u pleh (20x30 cm), obložen papirom za pečenje.

Peći u pećnici, zagrejanoj na 180 C, oko 30 minuta. Pečen kolač prohladiti, rezati na parčiće. Posuti prah šećerom, pa poslužiti.

Kako ga poslužiti?

Kolač možete prohladiti i potom ga zaliti sa šerbetom od 100 gr šećera i 200 ml vode (koji ste pre toga dobro ukuvali).
Treći način je da kolač prelijete sa 100 gr istopljene čokolade, na malo maslaca i mleka i kada se ohladi, iseći ga na kocke. Možete ga poslužiti i sa kuglom sladoleda.
Takođe, ako ste pekli kolač u okrugloj posudi, kada ga izvadite, možete da ga presečete na pola, premažete sredinu džemom, ponovo preklopite, premažete otopljenom čokoladom ukrasite i servirate kao tortu.
I na kraju, možete ga praviti kao mafine, tako što ćete testo sipati u kalupe koji su obloženi masnim korpicama za pečenje.
